Congratulations to Alan Roe and Steve Glenney who have taken outright honours in this year's Targa High Country. In one of the drives of the event, Alan Roe took the Early Modern honours in his Lancer Evo 6.5, stunning the more fancied outright runners in current Sportscars such as Porsche, McLaren and Ford Mustang.
Tasmanian Pete Nunn was the class of the field and convincingly won the Classic Outright competition in his 1985 Porsche 944 Turbo.
Both these winners chose the dominant DUNLOP tyres, as did the majority of placegetters.
In the prestigeous Mt Buller Showroom class, Craig Dean (2015 Ford Mustang Shelby GT) and Jim Richards (2015 Porsche Cayman GT) came 3rd and 4th respectively on the new DUNLOP Sport Maxx Race tyres.
