As well as reproducing a wide range of tyres for Classic cars, Michelin also supply a range of tyres for Vintage cars in the Double Rivet pattern.

"Double Rivet" is in fact the name of a tread pattern reminiscent of this assembly component which emerged with the first generation of beaded edge tyres. This distinct tread pattern was retained for the first tyres with bead wires in 1925. It is still available in the fourteen sizes of the Michelin Collection range, thus enabling enthusiasts to fit numerous pre-war vehicles.

Of course, materials used in the 21 st century to produce these tyres stem from current technology. These tyres must thus be inflated in compliance with the pressure load scale available on page 5 of our technical catalogue. It will be determined by the weight supported by each tyre, for optimum road holding and high durability.
