This year's Bega valley Rally has been won by Victorians, in both 4WD and 2WD categories, on DUNLOP tyres of course.

The Bega Valley Rally is a round of both the NSW and Victorian State Rally Championships. It features the best of the exciting modern four-wheel drive rally cars as well as classic rally cars. As a 'neutral' venue, the event has become an annual 'State of Origin' competition between teams from Vic, NSW and ACT.

Congratulations to Stephen and Glen Raymond who won the event Outright in their Toyota Corolla (pictured left). It is also their second VRC victory in a row, having also won the East Gippsland Stages event in May. The Raymonds used the same Dunlop DZ86R tyres in both events.

Congratulations also to Alan Friend & Michelle Canning in their 2WD Nissan Silvia RS. The pair came a stunning 2nd outright, as well as winning 2WD category. Alan used a combination of DZ86R and DZ87R tyres to stunning effect.
