The 2009 Bega Valley Motors rally has been won by NSW team Gavin and Eric Croker in their Mitsubishi Lancer.

Second place went to Steve Forsberg and Craig Whybern, also from NSW in a Lancer.

Coming third outright, and Victoria's leading team were Mark Fawcett and Carrie Morris in their Subaru WRX.

All three leading cars used the popular DUNLOP DZ86R tyres. In fact DUNLOP tyres were used by almost 50% of the field (Silverstone 15%, Yokohama 12%, Kumho 10%, pirelli 9%, Michelin 8%).
