Mark Fawcett and Simon Ellis have won the Murrindindi Magic Rally, Round 4 of the Victorian Championship.

Driving a Subaru Impreza WRX, Fawcett and Ellis won by over two minutes from Craig and Carrie Morris in a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6.

Warren Lee and David Lethlean came third in their Lancer Evo2, Brian Semmens and David Leoncini fourth in their rear-wheel drive Nissan 200SX whilst Geoff Legg-Stoker and Robert Johnston in a Subaru rounded out the top five.

Both Mark Fawcett and Warren Lee used the DUNLOP DZ86R rally tyres, as did 3 of the top 5 finishers.

Mark Fawcett and Simon Ellis now lead both Drivers and Navigators Championships with 52 points from equal second placed drivers/navigators on 40 points each:
