Dunlop tyres continue to dominate the tarmac on both sides of Bass Strait. Congratulations go to Tasmanians Jason and John White in their Nissan Skyline.

Runner-up this year, and taking the fight to the Whites right till the end were Jim Richards and Barry Oliver in their Porsche GT3.

Both leading cars chose to use the new Dunlop DZ02G, already a proven rally winner in Tasmania, the mainland and New Zealand. Overall, Dunlop was the most popular choice, with 38% fitment in the Post Classic & Modern.

Dunlop tyres were fitted to 37 cars in total, 32% more than second choice.
